This year, Braemar College will once again host the Red Poppy Dinner, a major fundraiser for the Mount Macedon Anzac Day Dawn Service.
After the success of last year’s event and the enthusiasm of staff and students involved, organisers selected Braemar College for this year’s venue.
Proceeds from the Red Poppy Dinner will provide vital funds for the ongoing Mount Macedon Anzac Day Dawn Service.
Each ANZAC Day, Mount Macedon and the Memorial Cross play host to one of the largest Dawn Services in Victoria. Volunteer organisations work tirelessly to present this renowned event, the effect of which is a beautiful and inspirational Dawn Service that touches the Macedon Ranges community and beyond.
Plans for the Red Poppy Dinner are well underway and together with the venue, Braemar College will contribute a great menu and hospitality services, decorations, art, and projection for the night.
Braemar College cadets will also play an important role at this event.
