Urban Camp Recognition for Braemar College Students

Year 11 Braemar College students recently received recognition in the Brotherhood of St Laurence newsletter for their community service at the Urban Camp in first term.

For five days, students were involved in a range of Brotherhood programs and activities that included visiting the Brotherhood’s new Social Enterprise warehouse in Sunshine that sorts donations for the Community Stores. They also met seniors at the  Coolibah Centre and children at the Breakfast Club, both located in Fitzroy.
