Braemar Wins Orienteering for 12th Time

Braemar College was again victorious at this year’s Victorian Secondary Schools Orienteering Competition.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAA team of around 60 students represented the College at the orienteering which was held at Plenty Gorge Park in Sth Morang.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThe top three placings were  Braemar 578 points, Sacred Heart 184 points and Trinity Grammar 157 points.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAThere were many strong individual performances on the day, and a number of students have been invited to attend a second selection trial for the State team that last year contained several Braemar students, and was victorious at the National Championships for the first time in many years.
