French Dining in Jacksons@Braemar

Around eighty Year 8 French students recently enjoyed an authentic French dining experience at the College’s restaurant, Jacksons@Braemar.

The lunch was catered by our Hospitality students, under the guidance of chef, David McEncroe and hospitality teacher, Liz Klusik.

The menu included a croissant, Boeuf Bourgignon and Creme Caramel or Mousse au chocolat.
